Policy Discussion: Human Capital Performance Bonds
Join SEA’s Public Policy Committee for a discussion exclusively for SEA members and their guests about the human capital performance bond bills currently under consideration by the state legislature. Steve Rothschild – founder of Twin Cities Rise!, vice chair of the Greater Twin Cities United Way board, and the force behind the idea – will present the concept. MCNPublic Policy Director Susie Brown will follow with her comments and perspective, and then we’ll open up the discussion for our members’ questions. This is active legislation, so come to learn about this important issue! Read short background articles here, here, and here.
